Subscriptions are managed by the store you bought them from:

• iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → nomi → Cancel Subscription.
• Android: Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → nomi → Cancel subscription.

You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel a subscription.

Yes, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. The app shows the trial length and the price before you start, and you can cancel any time during the trial without being charged.

Apple and Google handle payments for nomi, so refunds go through them. On iPhone, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, follow Google Play's refund steps. If you get stuck, email us and we'll help where we can.

Install nomi, sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account you subscribed with, and tap Restore on the subscription screen.

Open the Preferences tab. Changes apply to your next plan, and you can rebuild this week's plan straight away.

Costs in nomi are estimates based on typical prices. Real prices vary by store, region, season and specials, and the pack sizes you buy can differ from what a recipe needs.

nomi keeps the allergens you choose out of your plans, but ingredient information can be incomplete and packaged products can contain traces. Always check ingredient labels. nomi isn't medical advice.

In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete my account. You can also request deletion without the app.
